Connexions is a service for 13 - 19 year olds (25 for people with special needs) and provides information, advice and guidance on a range of issues including careers, further education, employment, apprenticeships, health, relationships, housing, finances, leisure activities etc.

At FTC the Connexions Personal Advisers are:

Tanya Taylor (Careers) - Available Monday and Thursday

Ruth Liley (Connexions Special Needs Co-ordinator) - Prior appointment only

Tanya is located in the Connexions Room on the top corridor near the ILC; students can drop in at break or lunch time for advice. Students in Years 10 and 11 will be invited to careers meetings either individually or in small groups. If you would like an appointment please let Tanya know.

Parents are welcome to attend careers meetings with students or to contact Tanya directly to discuss Year 11 progression. Contact Tanya in College on a Monday or Thursday or directly on 07753900243.
